Urban life meets Wonderland with the likes of pastel and vibrant colors.

This shoot was inspired by my personal life.
It's 5:58 p.m. and the sun is setting, I look around and realize I am exactly where I'm suppose to be. Who said a gorgeous sunset was meant for two and why is being alone always seen as a bad thing? Cotton candy skies and the last warm sun rays of the day kiss my skin and these are the moments I live for.
I've always been fascinated by men's fashion in the 1950's so of course I wanted to do a shoot based on the era. I decided to come at it with more of an original approach when it came to clothing choices. So I made sure to stay away from the leather jacket and dive deeper into the postwar boom.

I just wanna go where love is alive.
True colors comes to life in this Calvin Harris inspired, spacey experience. The girl in these pictures was such a natural when she was put in front of the camera, I was in shock when she said she has never had photos taken of herself before.
The inspiration for this came from listening to Nightcall by Kavinsky. One day it came on shuffle, weeks before I purchased my camera, and right then I envisioned exactly what you see in these photos. Eerie and extremely vibrant, brassy colors. I also paid a little homage to my parents. We use to drive around this 6 seater, '69 Riviera when my brothers and I were younger.
Shot in the heart of one of my favorite cities, San Francisco. For someone who's terrified of heights I'm extremely proud of this. Especially since it was pouring and windy. The fog helped me capture the illuminating lights of downtown.

Don't ever think the world owes you anything, because it doesn't.
Burning cities and napalm skies, fifteen flares inside your ocean eyes.
For a couple of years now I've told my friend Christian that when he finally proposes to my friend Taylor I want to be the one to take their engagement photos.
Well, that day finally came..
We drove down the 101 for this shoot, where we ended up at Big Sur, the epitome of the Golden State.
For this shoot I wanted to keep it very candid since I did scout her while she was working. I loved her hair and style, I was very intrigued. So I set up a location in busy Downtown Los Angeles, Little Tokyo that is. Seeing her great sense of style I simply asked her to go for a retro, 90's look. I trusted her eye and wanted her personal style to shine through. Upon arriving I asked her to describe her looks.
"When I consider vintage, I consider archives, or "pieces" you can't just go out and get. The feels I went for were my day to day looks. Keeping it bare, very minimal, and never not feminine. Also, can't stress how important it is to be comfy in your fashions. Word to Skepta and mum jeans!"

"That feeling of newfound self worth after long months of static."
My first ever group photoshoot experience, these are the result of us finding cool spots to shoot on Melrose Avenue. The outfit choices of the models was amazingly unplanned, it was fate.
A spinoff from the "Heartbreak Kids" group shoot; palm trees tower over this vintage Hollywood meets Vegas setting. Alive and free is what comes to mind.

This is a random collection of photos that I have taken throughout the years of having a DSLR that have either made me exceptionally proud of my craft or have some specific memory that was captured within the picture.
